Crafting menus that honor seasonal produce, and factoring in Minnesota's ever-changing weather. Her diverse ethnic background inspires much of her cooking and encourages her to develop new and dynamic flavor profiles.
Chef Helen is the melting pot from which she cooks from. Her love for food and cooking stems from a childhood spent experimenting with new recipes in her parents kitchen. Dinner at the Pang house was and continues to be an experience and often includes the entire family pitching in on the meal.Food is personal, it is not one-size-fits-all.
She takes each client’s needs seriously. Crafting every menu to provide exceptional food, and accommodate each client’s unique palate. Her understanding of taste, presentation and nutrients shows in every dish she prepares.Continuously striving to craft food that is both good for the body and soul.
